Rooting out Racism

Rooting out Racism is a two-day, immersive training designed to tap into the transformative power of people who work in social service and advocacy organizations.  In this workshop, we will:
 

• Analyze how structural racism plays out in our programs and campaigns, organizational structures and cultures, and overarching theories of change; 
   

• Create collective visions for how our organizations could practice racial justice as we transform into the future;

 

• and ground ourselves in history, anti-racism praxis, arts, culture and tradition, common language, and embodied experiences that support the collective reimagining and reshaping of non-profits in the DC area.
